Forget about diff alignment. The axle and diff leap about all over the place when you are driving - that is what UJs are for, and the splines in the prop shaft.
Turn your attentions to the rear right HUB, bearing, and so on, and FIRST make sure the AXLE is not actually bent!
Wheel alignment of the back wheels SHOULD be perfectly parallel, and NO camber angle whatever, wheels vertical to the ground.
If that is not PERFECT you have a bent axle.
Otherwise, check the hub and bearing setup.
