Hi all,

Could anybody please advise me on the differences in a 110 chassis. How is a CSW chassis different to a standard utility chassis?

Do the B post pillars bolt on to the chassis or are they welded?

If I could pick up a standard 110 chassis, what mods would it need so that it would fit on a CSW?

Thanks
Tom

One extra pair of outriggers..and an additional (add-on) crossmember under the seats. :)

Really? I thought they were all the same and the differences were in the body mounting brackets.

The extra crossmember just bolts in.

thinking of getting a 110 TD5 chassis in the spring. Will me 300tdi body & bulkhead fit straight on? or will I need to tinker.

NRC4171 is the station wagon crossmember. Now superseded by KVB500230. Same part from 1987 to current day according to Microcat.

Looking through the part numbers for 110 chassis units, the only differentiations (aside from engine/age) is suspension type - ie. standard duty and heavy duty. Nothing in there about body style.
