Hey guys,

I'm a newby to the 110 lifestyle. Just got my little green lady and have taken her tub off, and have put this body on from my recently retired mk2 transit. The body has also seen life before that on a mk1 transit! Quite a rarity!

I think it fits in well with the look; I hope no purists feathers are ruffled!

Well spotted that man about the logs - shes gonna be dragging a chipper/logs/sand cement/fence posts around until i finally get to retire.........I'm 38

Shes a real babe, and I fully intend that for a long, long time this older lady will still be bringing daddy home the cash, when some of her young far eastern beauty queen competion are well retired and are baked bean tins or whatever

Thanks mate - I have got a lock for all the pedals - am going to be upgrading for a loud alarm too! I'm quite near too to central london, so before my one the thieves have all number of rollers, jags, lambos etc, but still, i've fallen in love with her, and dont wanna lose her so its high on the list to sort out!!

By the way, you cant really see from the pics that I uploaded, but I also introduced another feature that even some of the grey beards may not have seen before - when i took the tub off, i cut out the aluminum light fittings from it, and they are mounted sideways on at the rear - you just might be able to work it out from the profile on the pic if you look close enough. Got to get a plate to sit them straight. Will upload more pics when finished

Have you had a look at the construction and use regs or spoken to VOSA, as I think there is a maximum distance from the side of a cab to the edge of a load bed before you need extra markers or some thing like that cant remmember.
