Geek question sorry! If you set the swr as low as possible on each antenna, then connect together as one as a t-junction in the coax, in theory you should be ok to use both at the same time as one antenna, if you had two pure 1/4 it would be like a 1/2 wave on your defender, question is how...

Hi, looking to rig up a simple switch as an immobiliser for the td5, Any suggestions on the best wire to put a secret switch on and maybe a location within the vehicle for hiding such switch? Can't see the point on a fancy one or alarm, end of the day if someone wants in etc they still will...
