I need help! There is air getting in to the fuel system some how. Have tried a new pump (ouch) still the same tried a fresh filter housing and a new air bleed valve and still the same :(. Hit a wall now cos in my mind if air is getting in diesel should be leaking out when it's under pressure...

i have gone for general grabber at2's same patern as goodich. i was told goodrich dont last like they used to. have only had the grabber's on for 2000 miles but so far am pleased.

sounds like the injector harness to me i had similar symptoms changed it and all is good!! i also cleaned the oil out of red plug on the ecu.

touch wood i think i sorted it by getting a new injector harness and cleaning the red plug on the ecu..:banana:

its been de-egr'd so looking like injectors, will a dealer be able to plug it in to find out?

any idea how the best way to test the injectors is?

my 04 td5 disco when cold going down a slight slope not accelerating sometimes starts to miss and smoke for a few secs then clears?????? it can do it a few times. thinking its not the head as water still pink with anti-freeze and oil is same level and good. any good ideas where to start???

hi can anyone tell me what the difference is between the air spring adjustable hitch and the steel spring one(i know the obvious) why can you not put the steel spring type on air????

probably a dumb question, will a disco 300tdi transfer box fit a disco td5?

hi i got an 04 disco 2 landmark. every time i move the doors lock:mad:, does anyone know how to disable this please:confused:? Also i have to push the unlock button on the fob twice to unlock all the doors, is there a way to get rid of that?
