81k but its a diesel!!! It doesn't clatter when stationary but managed to get it to do it once when it was rev over 3k rpm... The local garage replaced the rear pump and filter for free (under warranty) but it continues to do shudder! they seem to think its still a fuel related problem...

Hi everyone.... I was wondering if anybody was close to me who had a diagnostic kit they could plug into my Freelander. The last time it was checked at a garage no fault codes were being recorded, but there is something wrong with it, 2 garages and lots of head scratching later it still runs...

typically I can't find the haynes manual and in need of replacing the wiper switch but can't get the bottom cover off the steering column and the switched is locked in.... undone the 2 screws which I thought might be holding it in but can't get to free it... am i missing something? I have...

UPDATE! Well got the car back with nothing repaired and it seems better than it was.... although after long motorway journeys it puffs out white smoke when it starts and appears to be getting worse each morning... with no fault codes and the garage can't find any faults its hard to to repair...

I have this number for the crankcase filter BC10 32J1A 11.12.7.799.224.... for the complete kit... will do a search to find where the MAF sensor is. anyone know if the harness as a part number on it?!! or know thanks for the input so far...

Low pressure fuel pump under the driver rear wheel and filter was changed about a month ago.... mechanic assures me the crankcase breather filter looked in very good condition.... is there anyway to test the fuel rail pressure sensor harness? if not any ideas where I can buy one online...
