Car: Freelander 06 TD4 Diesel 2.0

I have an ongoing problem with daily running and has caused may hours of head scratching.
It runs lovely until it gets to normal temperature, it then shudders and misses a beat. its more noticeable when you put it on the motorway where you get a clattering sound when it misses a beat.
It doesn't lack power, always starts and had it checked on diagnostic machine and it records no error codes.

Over the past year its had a new low pressure fuel pump (under back wheel arch), new fuel rail pressure sensor, fuel filter and high pressure fuel pump (engine bay).

I have had the injectors tested, egr value checked cleaned, tested the MAF sensor.

Can any one advise or give suggestion?
I have lived with this problem for a year now and I am ready to throw in the towel... and put it down to bad experience with my first and probably last LR

try to stop when you get the clattering i know it is hard but if you can and listen to where it is coming from , it could be tappets or the like what milage has it done

81k but its a diesel!!! It doesn't clatter when stationary but managed to get it to do it once when it was rev over 3k rpm...

The local garage replaced the rear pump and filter for free (under warranty) but it continues to do shudder! they seem to think its still a fuel related problem...

Could it be the wire harness, which is why nothing is showing on the diagnostic?
