    i've also read that if your using different brands on front and back the nominal sizes may be different and it would be worth running a tape around them and put the largest diameter same pair on the rear axle

    Ran out of fuel

    i did that in my TD4 just after i got it, no juddering or misfire at all just engine cut out and stop, and a five mile walk to nearest station i worked out that i had done only 35miles from fuel light coming on an old peugoet of mine did nearly 80 miles on the light, now i know to re fuel...

    fuel economys good but can drop alot if you drive it hard pull off and block the breather pipe on the EGR to stop the annoying lag when pulling away, also fit a EGR blank if you can buy all the filters and change them yourself, they are all easy fits except the fuel one under the rear arch...

    had my 05 plate sport premium for a year now, piece of **** to service yourself if your that way inclined. and hasn't missed a beat in 12 months, especially in the snow last year cant speak highly enough of it really, and it seams to be worth more now than what i paid a year ago !

    fitted the redline ones off ebay this week, £8 delivered they clear water well and have no rubbing sound at all, and at £8 i dont care if they only last 6 months

    sorry for the duff advice, i believed the small fitting was blanked off and only there to keep the vac pipe tidy seems kinda weird to blank off the EGR valve but still attach the vaccum

    yes stick the vac pipe on that the earlier bypasses didn't have that so needed the vac pipe blocked as well

    just the small pipe and flange at bottom of picture is blanked the top small bit tagged on is just for keeping the vac hose tidy
