Hi all I had the propshaft taken off my car as the vcu had seized, finally got a recon from bell engineering and now need it fitted. BUT the prop and vcu had all been dismantled with out any markings put on. I can see the the shaft has weights on it in various places to balance it does...

Happened again today . Revs at around 1800 so sounds very similar problem. Will have to get a new map sensor put in.

I have it booked in with a landrover specialist so I hope they will do everything correctly when changing the oil. Kick down or tiptronic work fine and stop the grumbling. I haven't taken much notice of the revs but I'll keep an eye on it to see how it looks. Is the MAP sensor a DIY job...

Hi Yes it works fine in manual, changes gear fine and kick down is working. Not changed the oil yet, got it booked in on the 16th hoping that might cure it, currently on 103000. And from the looks of the service book it's not been done yet.

Heated rear screen is normally the tabs connecting the wires to the heater tape brake as the window goes up and down, happens to me, pain to fix and still haven't figured out how. Needs a good solder or something. Just take off the inside trim of the rear door and you can see where the wire...
