check all your wheel bearings any slop in them will screw over the sensors. easy to check and no messing about with puters. three amigos buggered off when i changed rear offside bearing, mine was showing wear, 170 qwid for assembly complete wiv sensor, job done in 1 n arf hours

I have just fitted an EGR replacement kit on my TD5 Discovery, mine had the cooler on it, it seems to be a bit easier to change as you dont need to have broken wrists to remove the intake pipe from the manifold. You just take off the pipe from the EGR end of the cooler, simple and no corrosion...
