    Well mine no longer handles like a go-cart, but isn't too bad at speed (considering it is a lardy lump of metal with the aerodynamics of a piano). Having said that my other vehicles are a transit van and an old shogun, so maybe I'm just used to it....?

    Do you reckon this would be okay in the ignition switch too ? I often have to wiggle the key in and out to get the tumblers to drop into place. I've been advised that if I use wd40 in the switch I'll knacker it completely ?

    Just un-jammed the rear tailgate doorlock on D2 using a squirt of WD40, thought I'd follow the advice on here and give it a clobbering with spray grease, but which one do I use - Silicone based, Dry PTFE based or Lithium ??? Never knew there was so much choice !

    Came out one morning to see the arse end of mine on the deck. Started it up, up went the back, and all was fine till the following morning.... one week later, 1 new pair of airbags and all is level.

    Having had one pipe replaced by independent dealer, I now find oil leaking out of the ACE block. Another Independent dealer has suggested removal of the ACE system, but NOT fitting Anti-roll bars - they remove the system, fit idler pulley & redo ECU for £300.. It is a town vehicle, and they...

So far it has cost me an additional £3k odd on top of the purchase price to keep this money pit on the road in the last 10 months.
