Try disconnecting the maf sensor and see if it makes a difference

I got a gas/no gas mig from Aldi years ago, because I had to weld some aluminium. It suprised me how well it worked after it was set up properly. I've never used it for steel as I'm happy using mma the rest of the time for everything else, also with mma you tend not to need to clean the surfaces...

Right, I got my remote through from ebay today and it comes with all sorts of wiring diagrams for different webastos, i'll try and have a play with it tomorrow and let you know how it goes!

I thought about doing this myself, but decided that without a proper ramp it would be a pain in the arse. Was pleasantly suprised when I phoned up Landrover and they said they would do it for £120.

Never changed it on the Freelander, but on other cars I've done, it uses the mileage on the cluster, not the car.

Good, thats what I thought. Mine had a small piece of hose on the bottom only 10mm long, so I was just checking. The Haynes manual said to disconnect the hoses attached to it so was guessing it was just a typo, but thought I would check.

Right, forgive me for asking what is possibly a stupid question, but how many hoses should the turbo vent filter be connected to on a td4?

So you would just wire it in through the main power supply and would it turn the fans on too?
