So I should buy oem LR, then ? And finally Britpart for things that aren't mechanical? How about Bearmark? Are there any others that perhaps manufacture for LR but also sell under there own name?

What I meant was when you turn the key to engage the starter and the key springs back from start to run mode where it sits under normal run conditions. What is happening in my case is that suddenly the key and spring back or rotate further one detent closer to the position just before locked.
