You mean the brand? If so it was LR genuine parts, as for head skimmed and pistons are in perfect height also the tappets ware adjusted according to the exact size of the thin measuring tool "don't know what do you guys call it"

Indeed clutch pedal has no effect. But raising revs males it louder. Yes since the time I have done engine head it keeps tapping infact it's been bothering me since i have start using this engine

I am having the same problem, even though I have a new vacuum pump,new vavle caps , recently done engine head and replace injectors with new ones. An still getting the taping nosie. I really don't know what else should I do!

i have opened the head and found this ;
so basically the only solution we had is to change the whole head since the break is inside the glow plug area and could be even deeper

Yup jordan is cold country during the winter . But even though no one here can do such thing to the head. Since its aluminium so it needs special welding to do such thing. And also the place is hard to reach its deep inside.
