Left pump seems to be okay and nothing around the manifold. The only oily area i got is around the injector 3,2,1 and rear end of the engine ,

Hey James, I am having the same problem, even though I have a new vacuum pump,new vavle caps , recently done engine head and replace injectors with new ones. An still getting the taping nosie. I really don't know what else should I do!

hello everyone , to keep you guys posted of the issue, i have opened the head and found this ; so basically the only solution we had is to change the whole head since the break is inside the glow plug area and could be even deeper

The idea of putting the GB inside the bore with a sealant around it is to forget about this GB and use it as screw to fill up the bore with the sealant . But unfortunately it didn't work out, the pressure of the engine is really high. Maybe if we used an actual screw as you said it would have...

Yes i had the same problem before changing the HG , and we thought it was the burn on it but it was the head

Yup jordan is cold country during the winter . But even though no one here can do such thing to the head. Since its aluminium so it needs special welding to do such thing. And also the place is hard to reach its deep inside.

Another note, the engine use to press air even when the car is cold. I have noticed that form opening the water cap once starting the engine , and it uses to blow out water with air

Once we've tested it, it was losing compression inside the GP bore, so they only solution we had is to replace the whole head or put some sticky 2 finger material with the glow plug to see if it loses compression , once the material dried we've tested it again on 4psi and it was Ok. But that...

The problem was on head it self, apparently the fix we've tried to do didn't work out, the oil is blowing up from the glow plug it self. No i have to replace it another one.

It Was buried on the same area of this injector. I have taken the Head to an expert who have puted on 4psi water pump to test it ,then we found out that one of the glow plugs hole was drilled before and it's wide . We have fixed that with a sticky material for such issuesand pressed the glow...
