Couple of questions

Happy New Year folks.

2 questions.
1, Can I run a Disco 1 300 tdi (97/98) on a part mix of veg oil, ie 20 ltrs per tank full, and what would be the pros and cons of this.

2, Under the bonnet, near the bottom of the windscreen, both sides of the vehicle, there is an electrical plug, not connected to anything, what are these plugs for??

do a search on the oil useage But basically yes you can.

The wires could be for Fogs or spots or even aircon conections if you int got aircon.

Electrical plugs could be for heated front windscreen ?

Aye I cant see them being for fogs, not just below the screen, so yes poss for a heated screen, was wondering then if it would be feasible to use them for lights on a light bar??

Definitely for heated windscreen

same wiring loom

had same question and checked RAVE for plug shape / location etc
