When was the last disco 2 produced

ive recently bought a D2 TD5 and noticed it was registered 1 sept 2004, I know you will probably say chassis plate will tell us the build month but how late did they go on for?
I don't know the chassis number yet because it's not arriving till tomorrow

The final D2's, facelift versions came off the production lines in late May 2004.
It's a job to know where it was between then and its date of registration, stored out in the open or in a dealer's showroom.
