gave the 110 a good pressure washing as got it stuck big style yesterday out shooting had to get the farmer to come and drag us out (must of been near on a barrow full on the floor after i'd done :D (think that'll stop the numptys round the corner from parking in "my space" :D
also changed the screen washer jet unit on the 110  what a fookin ball ache of a job :frusty:
took half the dash out to get at it and needed hands like a 5 year old to get near it

Finished fitting the new clutch and dual mass flywheel today, took 14 hours overall including making a custom frame to support the gearbox as the ground isnt level. Got it all back together again and found a new fuel drip above the starter so it looks like the pressure regulator i replaced a few months ago is leaking again :(

over the weekend between riding me bike

changed oil filter and oil , which had the unmistakable smell of derv..... must fit that lift pump i have in the tool box !

found the clunk in the power uptake - colapsed UJ in the front prop.

cleaned and Painted another portion of the chassis.

fixed the faulty fluid level sensor on the brakes (causing brake light to be on all the time )

took dimensions for new crossmember and inner sill construction.

Made a frame from some scrap timber for the bike rack. My neighbour wants me to take a mobility scooter over to his wife who is in a nursing home.

Ordered 2 indicator lenses, 2 repeater lenses, 2 front side light lenses, and 2 universal blade-type fuse holders. Cursed roundly at the failure of the washers to work!

I nearly forgot. Sunday i done the clutch master cylinder, painted the rear axle and started to strip the other side of my "new" Front axle.
Gonna rebuild and replace all the bits in it bearing's, swivels new seals ect a good lick of paint and refit, before starting on the 200tdi conversion:D:D:D
