Yeah it's just finding the stuff at a decent price I will most struggle with

At least with ms it's not even difficult to get it running properly once built

ebay is your friend!

look for tghe listings that finish at stupid a clock when everyone sleep sleep or mis spelt etc..

back to ms..this lot will get the ms treatment once its up and running, though i finks ms1 or 2. no need for ms3x with rv8..
 
As far as i know MS1 is perfect for RV8.

And yes I do regularly look on eBay for all things bright and beautiful, perhaps not closely enough though :D
 
the problem with ms1 (as far as i know, seems to constanly change)is no ability for lauch control etc..that seems to come with ms2 and above..and let me assure you its good!!:D

oh yes..(remember sally has 400hp lsd's methanol..etc.and brb (this one ,will av nos and of course a blower too)).:D

as to how much service replacement cost..not alot..po didnt know what he had..

I must admit I appreciate when you love land rovers and you love engine builds, it's hard to separate the two

We should all really have diesel land rovers and save the v8s for the tvr or Westfield

Plus for the price I couldn't really say no. Needs a front pulley and tensioner as well as nose but will get them in cheap from states when the time comes.

Not decided fully wether to build a low comp 572 and ramp up the boost to silly levels or build a mid comp high displacement small block and never have the full potential....
 
re perkins v8 ..too big..just wont fit ...duramax!!!but at 5000 or soo......
