warning lights

Hi can anyone help, I was driving along quite happily today in my Vreg 4.0 v8 petrol discovery when as I approached a roundabout, under breaking the ABS, Traction control and hill decent warning lights all came on and wont turn off but as far as I can tell all still seem to work ok there is also no warning beep when I start up. please help and many thanks if you do.

very common fault can be a few things

search for 3 amigos !!!!!

u will need some one with hawkeye or nanocom so put up where u live someone may pop down to help you !!!

its a 1999, Vreg and I live in Longhope Gloucester. Is it still ok to drive?

U can drive it without probs

yeh it will be fine to drive put a post in the general bit for a nanocom or hawkeye in your area someone may clear them for you !!!

Just for info... Mine did this loads... The Hawkeye stated that it was a broken wire in the front ABS sensor as it had an intermittent read... I replaced the sensor. It came back on again.... I replaced the front hub, thinking the exciter ring was either damaged or too dirty to read. It happened again.. I then removed the wiring harness from the ABS module and cleaned up the connectors. It turned out to be a dirty connector and lovely corrosion on the connectors.. All is fine now.. I know it is awful to see all those lights, but panic not. It just means that while the lights are on, you don't have TC or ABS or HDC... not the end of the world..

thats because a diagnostic kit doesnt actually know wether any of that sensors wiring is even connected to ecu ,it will only read no signal or wrong signal that could be wire into ecu ,ecu or wheel bearing ,they are useful to help diagnose

So true... but I could not live without my hawkeye!

Still.. I have a nice new hub!!!
