Wanted - 7th seat bolts

I have just changed the brake bulb on the drivers side rear cluster, which is now subsequently brighter than the passenger side. But when I went to unbolt the two top bolts of the dicky seat, on of them has been worn out and wont unscrew.

I am looking for a replacement if anyone has one?

Also it now looks like the brake lights don't work at all. It has been standing still. Will it sort its self out when I drive it down the road?
