VCU seal Ball or what?

Hi,

Does anyone know if the 2 off VCU seals, are balls, domed headed pins or shear off screws?
Has anybody managed to remove them?

Are these the little dome things in the filler holes in the sides of the vcu?

Yes the filler holes that are blocked after filling.

They would be steel balls pressed in to create a permanent plug. The same system is used in lots of things like mower engine carburettors and auto gearbox valve blocks.
