temperatuur sensor advice

Hi folk ;; i just remove the inlet manifold and the alternator ;; alternator is not changing right; have a new 12 volt regulator install ; i just thinking do i need to change the temperatuur sensor , it always in good working condition , but that is already 14 year of age ,,, thinking of changing FACET sensor ,,,
will this sensor work for another 10 year ;;;:welcome2:

My moto is if it ain't broke don't fix it but as you got the inlet manifold off you might as well but they don't normaly fail.Inlet mainifold gaskets would not go amiss plastic type have ring ones ally type gave flat two hole metal ones

well I have order a temperatuur sensor today on the net , will fix it if it arrive ;;
