Td5 rotor filter housing bolt snapped

Hi just noticed that the oil filter rotor housing is only held in with 1 bolt I've taken the top off and it's snapped inside. Is there a easy way of drilling it out without taking the turbo off? As the chuck on the drill hits it thanks

Use an extended drill bit so the chuck sits above the turbo?

I can't seem to find a drill bit long enough in about 3 to 4mm prob due to them snapping
