Sump help

Hi all I've got a 98, 300tdi and the sump has got a hole in it right at the front where it looks like a stone has hit it and it had to hit a rusty part so it has gone right through. I was looking to weld it up but it seems that by the time I've got the grinder to it to make it back to good metal to weld to its to thin to weld.
So does anybody know were I can get a sump from????

Someone must have one kicking around or know someone that has???

There is a guy advertising them on ebay - £20 a pop I think.

Did try and look on Ebay but didn't find anyone. Dont suppose you got a link???

It must be catching.

Google Disco breakers and strat ringing around. I have the same problem.

Just don't know how easy it is to change over.

Read Haynes and trying to find out if you have to jack the car up from the chasis so that the wheels can drop to give enough room to get the sump out?
