originally mine started to sink overnight but not all the time, found leaks on orings where pipework enters the block and around one of the solenoids.
so overhauled valve block refitted leak checked all good but compressor cycles on and off repeatedly so renewed pressure switch
thought that would be it but alas no! rear end dont move at all overnight but front drops, more so drivers side so reckoned must have a leak, rechecked the block no leaks so went through the solenoids one at a time removing the tops and leak checked each base in turn no leaks and traced air lines for leaks again good and rechecked the front air bags again good?
bit stumped now have clamped the pipe work off to rhf airbag to see if it is bag end or block end but air must be getting out somewhere for it to drop!
i may add front height sensors are new any ideas?
also the compressor still cycles on and off repeatedly

i would go with the air bags i had a simila fault the rubber had become pourus and eaven though i could not get the air bag to show bubbles changeing them cured the fault

airbags do look fairly new, have got the pipe from the front left airbag clamped off before it enters the valve block so should be able too see in the morning whether its the bag or internal leak in the block.
cant see how it would be the block as cant see a leak from the solenoid for the front left or o ring where pipe enters the block.

As you say, must be a leak somwhere, it's not always possible to see airbag leaks even with leak detector.
I'm with the man on this one, I looked everywhere, used leak detector fluid and was convinced my block was at fault. I had feeling one of the bags was older than the rest, changed it and Bob would appear to be my uncle.

not so sure my bags are pretty new all four of them, had the pipe clamped off to rhf and it didnt move left for 5 hrs in that time before would have dropped enough to notice so as i had no external leaks from the block then i reckoned it must be internal so removed solenoid again and stripped.
looking at diagrams of the block i thought the only way for the air to escape would be if the rubber pad at the base of the solenoid plunger wasnt sealing properly then maybe it could escape through the exhaust?
the rubber pad had a groove worn in it from seating at the base so put it in the pillar drill and gently applied 1200 emery cloth to it till grove was gone, streched the spring by about 1mm and rebuilt it leak tested and no external leaks again and will be left overnight to see if it drops if it does not then i quite possibly will think of stripping and redoing the seats for all of the solenoids.

seemed to have cured the sinking overnight by refacing the seal at the base of the solenoid plunger it hasnt moved overnight! will do the rest when i get the chance got to pack the caravan today and get hitched up ready to go in the morning.
wish i had done this when i overhauled the block such a simple and easy job when the blocks apart makes me wonder how many strange leaks could be caused by this
