well i replaced the box less than 12months ago with a known good one but as i removed it came full of oil with pipes cooler and torque converter attached.
and i left it as i wanted to replace a weeping pipe but fault after fault got in the way so i dropped the oil today and a bit black will take it for a run once i replace the intank pump which packed up today and drain again and new filter and oil
and see how i go from there
found the manual and all the parts from jpat in bristol if it needs a rebuild quite happy to do it myself as defo looks easier to do than a manual box thats for sure!
while i was searching about on the net quite a few threads about using the 24 internals on the 22 so i may go down that road if i find a 24 on ebay going cheap!
