spanners man

Hi can anybody reccomend a spanners man in the Tamworth area,need injector seals changing & if possible have a hawkeye (2002 td 5 )

have a go yourself not to dificult a job

i was thinking about it,any idea how long it takes

where abouts in tamworth?

Whats the problem with the seals?

If you allow 2 to 3 hours you should be ok.Just depends how good you are with the spanners.As Mikes LR says its not too hard a job.

i live not far from junction 10 m42,i have poor start up, i spoke to a guy who knows all there is to know about td5,but he lives quite a bit away,he gave me all the info over the phone & was spot on with the symptoms

Are you going to have a go yourself at the injector seals? If so when you thinking of doing it?

might be next Saturday,gunnna get new rocker gasket & i have somewhere under cover to do it,i'll have to borrow sum tools from work

get a list and assemble every single tool and bit you will need prior to doing the job, theres nothing worse than having to abort mission due to failing to obtain 1 key element to complete the job such as a specialist tool/gasket etc. If your not sure exactly what you need someone on here will give you a list if you ask.

If you have any probs i should be available on sunday to come over and help you out if you need it.
