Replacing Drivers Window Regulator

Hi,

I will be replacing my drivers window regulator at the weekend.

It's an easy job but if people are interested / not sure what to do, then I'll take some pictures and write up a how to.

another tip especially for the front is to leave the nuts a bit loose then wind the window up and down a couple of times so it locates properly and then tighten nut up and you should have no problems. hope this helps

Great idea, could a 'how to' section be made on here and these sort of threads be moved to make finding them easier? Obviously the search facility can be used but would make it so much easier.

Replaced the regulator on Sunday, I now have a working window

It only took about 10 minutes to do and life was made a lot easier by having an extra pair of hands to hold the window up out of the way.

I can safely say that this is a very easy job.
