It would be cheeper to pick up a extra set of cheep steel wheels for your
winter tires. You can get some hand powered "portable" tire changes but
they suck to use. The good ones are mostly air powered. After you get
the tire changed, you still have to worry about ballancing. I picked up
my steel rims for my truck from the dealer for $25 cdn each because they
got some in on a truck that should have had the mags. Worth checking
into.
