like ^^^^^ he said it could be the tappets which need oil are seizing up a bit or even worse little or big ends

When I bought mine from a non-LR dealer I had a nagging doubt about their service so I did an oil and filter change and its seemed much happier. Just had a feeling they hadn't used the correct 5-30 semi.

I had a mondeo sport once and a nice monkey put wrong oil in and it cost him a new engine

the tappet are hydraulic and run on your engine oil that is why you must put the correct grade in and change it when it is recommended or the next time you will hear it could be the last:5bbeatdeadhorse5:
