Quick question about armrest

Bought a Boomerang armrest and going to fit tomorrow. One small question - when I fit it, do I remove the corrugated plastic that has the instructions an fittings stapled to it, and screw directly into the wood underneath or do i leave the plastic there?

I have no idea what you are talking about, but you could try reading the instructions you mention and if that doesn't help you could ring the supplier.
