Hi,
I am really at a loss with this one , The trucks been on the road over a year now , after a long on off resto , just to set the sene ,I had engine in chassis over 8 yrs and only changed oil and ran it up a couple of times , Anyway I now have a big problem , starts and runs ok around town , but a longer run and get engine hot , you can feel it missing and if you floor it going uphill say it will start to die and get a puff of BLUE smoke , but ticks over fine , but if you stop and start engine it turns over as if got air in system but will restart , no over heating , oil pressure good , no excess pressure in cooling system ,no horrid mechanical noises , its' had a recon injector pump this year , My thoughts turn are turbo , had a few cars with turbos but never had any with with problems ,Any thoughts would be most appreciated - Ivan
