Hi, back in to the Range Rover scene (some people never learn!) and have now purchased a 1994 vogue which has LPG fitted, I want to take it back to normal (whatever normal is on a 3.9 V8) and wondered if anyone wanted the system as I want the boot space. I know nothing about it and won't even pick up the car for another week as it's landlocked in between other motors, I just want the system removing and whoever removes it can have it, as long as it leaves me mobile! I'm in Uttoxeter, Staffs and the car will be in a friends field (so no electric). Thoughts, advice and any sane comments would be appreciated, cheers.

personally I would try to keep it fitted, someone as gone to a lot of trouble and expence, as you are aware rr are thirsty lpg about 70pltr, , buy a trailer.

You can get tanks to fit underneath, which will help with the boot space
Also, i think the 3.9 is efi? If someone comes along and 'cuts out' the lpg loom, be careful the car starts and runs on petrol! I know my 4.0 won't run of i simply unplug the lpg ecu

LPG is only 55.7p ltr at Morrisons... BUT... if you need the boot space...
I have a 90ltr "doughnut" tank where the spare wheel used to reside, so 100% of "boot space" still available for me to fill up with all sorts of stuff!!!
So where where does the spare wheel go now ? if it’s been removed from its vertical position in the boot as they were in the 1994 model RR.

Mine's a 2000 with underfloor spare wheel location. You may still have option to go for underfloor tanks of some description. I bought mine four years ago with LPG
I used to do extremely high mileage, but no longer. However, at better than half price fuel compared with unleaded, it's still a no-brainer for me. Happy motoring whatever your decision may be!
