i've tried to find some information on the tinternet on how this bloody things works and what the letter represent on the control for my LPG but as of yet had no luck....!
so.... anyone know what the "b" means? when its on this i think its running on petrol

then on when on "C" i think it might be on GAS coz after bliping the throttle the "C" changes to a "4".....!!!

IMG_1417.jpg

once it goes to "4" it dos'nt change to "3,2,1" like i would have thought when using GAS... when it runs out the only indication i get it that the car stutters and when i look at the gauge it shows a "E" which is probably empty.....and i have to quickly press the "star" button to switch over to petrol.....!!

any knowledge would be greatly appreciated.....!!!

then scrap it and buy another system..(just the ecu and switch should do ..assuming you can solder and read diagrams..)

oh i find my eyeballs serve as an ashtray on me bike..(or pillions eyes.lol)

cos,i suspect its sequential,(only basing that on funny gauge you show)and if you cant get any support for it you wont be able to tune it when needed...atleast with a known make you can get support..cost of ecu is cheap, last resort of course...i have mixed and matched parts, most seem to be using identical sensors..ie vaporsier temp sensors same, gas presure same, valves same.etc, just with different plugs..i run zavolli ecu, bigas vaporiser, bigas injectors.etc..works a treat...

try sending an email to the maufactor..they are on the net defo(found them)..ask for manual and software..?

though i found reviews of a postive nature about that company that i gave too..there were a couple of others i found, but to be honest i never heard of star gas..

yeah tried the sending emails bit too.... never got a response.... rang several star gas suppliers and basically got the hard sale routine... "why should we tell you how yours works when we can sell you one of our new ones."

get a bit fed up of that **** sometimes..... all i wanna now is how it works.... never had LPG before.....

oh well...... never mind.....! at least it works...!

poor after service....thats why i suggest replace ecu etc with say one from tinley...they are real good on customer care..
