Hi Lee,
Far be it from me to tell you what not to spend your dosh on - but I might be inclined to just hold on a moment for some of the items on your list.
I can understand your exitement and how you want to get on with fixing the Freelander the way you want it, asap.
First spotlights - I have 2 pairs of Hella driving lamps and a pair of Hella fogs , sitting on the garage shelf from my previous Freelander. I've had this HSE for nearly 8 years and have not yet seen the need to fit any of them.
Unless you want them just to look pretty (or more 'workman-like) don't waste your money. Instead fit a full set of Osram Nightbreakers which will flood-light the road ahead for £12.95 a pair. If that's still enough light then get extra lamps if you feel you need them.
The Australian made EGR bonnet guard is the one I chose after a fair bit of research - it fits securely without the need for any extra holes in the bonnet, and really does keep the screen clearer of flies and spray.
Wheels and tyres - unless you are really going to be ambitious in the off-roading - you may not really need big knobbly tyres. I get a fair bit of satisfaction from going places that other folks seem to need bigger vehicles and more aggressive tyres to get to.
I have a garage full of alternative wheels and tyres for my 2 main vehicles most of which if I'm honest are surplus to requirements (don't tell Mrs Singvogel though), and what I would suggest is a set of Summer road tyres and a set of 4X4 all season tyres (not A/T) for the Winter. I have 8 identical wheels with the same size tyres fitted to all of them (235/55 17) - I just bought more wheels identical to the ones that came on the car.
So I have a set of 4 high performance (ContiSportContact2) sports tyres for longer journeys in Summer, and 4 all-season (Conti4X4Contacts)for Winter and off-roading/green-lanes.
I aint been stuck yet and I live a mile off-road up a track in Aberdeenshire where we get more than our share of snow to play in every Winter.
Missing from the list: I carry a load of kit when I go abroad and have a roof box - so I fitted a set of the tapered side rails which make access to the box much easier, as well as keep the mud down to the lower half of the doors - the rubber door strip (standard on an HSE) helps too.
I also would suggest you check out the clip on EGR headlight protectors for the front (better protection against stones and no need for drilling holes like the LR type) and the LR rear light protectors which fit using existing screws.
I'm sure you will get loads of alternative suggestions.
Singvogel.
