lifting kits

I notice with some lifting kits (2") that they come with new (i guess longer) radius arms, but some don't. I guess my question is what difference would the longer arms make and if i leave the radius arms standard is that such a bad thing?

I've just stuck some larger tyres on and the old girl could do with a bit of a lift as the rears just clip the arches. Front's fine as no valence

radius arms will change the angle (castor i think) of the axle back 2 degrees to standars after fitting lift springs

do a search for camel cut, you dont need a lift

i think this is a lesson of my needing to ask the question before I buy the parts!

my justification to the wallet was the rear shocks were shot to bits anyway, and the springs were 2nd hand.

if you have a 2 inch lift you MAY find you get transmission judder and bump steer and the bushes wear out very quickly, peoples experiences do vary on this, but to put the castor of the axles back 2 deg its about £400 for radius arms and trailing arms

found it. And some inf on steering stops to prevent any rubbing. Excellent. thanks again. Should keep me busy tomorrow

springs, front and rear, which are the longer? or are they the same length? only I've got four springs, and they're paired in different lengths.
