went to town today... coming upto the asda roundabout a series 2a truck cab shot accross in front of us... hey kids i learnt to drive on one of them 40 odd years ago, he went into the asda carpark , we went onto toolstation to get a few bits , when we came out i said to the kids , im going to do something really silly , were going to asda to see if that landrover is in the car park, 20 yards down the road we met it coming the other way, it is the one we had during the sixties and seventies, did a u turn and followed it into a garage, its had a truck cab fitted insead of the full canvas, now got a passenger wiper and indicators aswell which wernt fitted when we had it, apparently its recently been dragged out of a barn where its been sat for about 15 years.. my old man was the 2nd owner and we knew the first owner, its now about 20 miles from where it spent its first 25 years.
