I wanted to stow my spare inside and until now it had just been lying on the floor very much in the way. So i bought the wheel dish in the above post from ebay and here's how I fitted it in.

First position the spare where you want it making sure it will clear the bulkhead when it sits 20cm lower. Mark the center point at the bottom.

Measure out the middle of the dish, then turn it upside down and draw the outline. Then measure the lip on the dish and draw a second outline inside the first.

Get some airco cos now its gets hardcore

Chose your weapon of choice and cut out the inner line.

There are support struts under the wheel box just cut straight through - you will end up with a big old hole. Sorry no pics of that...

Drop the dish into the hole, drill out two fixing holes and drop a couple of bolts in.

Now drill the rest of the holes out.

Next take the dish out again and run a generous bead of sealant round the edge.

Dish back in, bolt up. Now drink a redbull before lifting the wheel into the dish.

As for securing it to the wall you can buy a special clamp but I just used a ratchet strap through a jate ring I put in. Job done.

ye as you can see mine dont quite fit either but it holds it firmly enuff im pretty sure it would stay there even without lashing it to the wall.

hmmmmmm very tempted...

however, in my 110 i have a window at the front just where the wheel would sit. think il put it at the back.

guna keep my eye out for a tray!

good job by the way!

Cheers! Dunno if you would get enough wheel clearance at the back. could try though...
