A lift kit on a sport will be interesting. A few mm higher than a non sport Freelander but with firmer suspension.

It currently has 18inch wheels, height to wheel arch is a gnats over 770mm (30 1/3 ins)
Might have to go to smaller modulars for winter tyres - don't want to miss out on the snow if it comes though

With my previous Freelander (a Sport Premium on 18" rims) I picked up some 17s and fitten them with Conti Winter Contacts for the dingier, danker months of the year. Those rims and tyres are still performing sterling service on my mate's 53 plate S Auto.
