How to replace PAS & ACE fluid??

There's a nipple on top of the power steering box which is used to bleed the system, although when I changed the power steering box on my TD5 recently I drained it by removing the two hoses that connect into the top of the box. If you're going to do that, there are two o-rings that are worth replacing at the same time.

Getting at the power steering box isn't that easy though. Check out some of the guides on the Internet for changing the power steering box if you really want to do that job. It's a lot easier if you take the battery box and the plastic side panel under the battery box. I used nearly 2 litres of Lucas Cold Climate fluid putting in a new box too.

I can't help you on the ACE system, alas. All I've ever seen reported is ACE + dirt = huge bill.
