At least with what Ime paying for it it dont matter if i break it a few times or put sum more dents in it. I do need to organise a trailer to get it back up here in January if anybody has got one i could borrow or knows somebody who does.

Well Blimey... just toook Kai to spend an afternoon with Tom Sheppard. Jai supplied the transport and what a great afternoon. He's forgotten more about off roading and overland travel than I will ever learn. Go his book Quiet for a Tuesday" signed too, and Kai has come away with a DVD of some of the most brilliant desert photos that he has taken during his travels.

Altogether a great afternoon with great company. (Even if he does drive a G-Wagon not a landy!)

Well, I'm glad to hear somebody had a good day. I've been under the bonnet changing out the ABS booster unit. Not too bad in itself but the ABS is a pig to bleed. Some more bleeding tomorrow should have it sorted then onto swapping the speed transducer and repairing the mountings for the ABS pump. Then if I'm bored I need to check the wiring on the roof lights.

Good to see you earlier Kev. Ended up at Steppingley for the dog walk, it was quite wet for a change. Must do my front brakes very soon or I'll need an Anchor to stop me.

Nice to see you too Spyderman. Rangie is mobile but still something not 100% with the brakes, think I'll be stripping down the calipers after I get back from N.Wales, while I'm at it I think I should do the suspension bushes. Jai, think I might be needing your help with a press.

Might go really mad and do swivel seals as well, oh I have also found the back axle oil seal has gone again so that'll be another little job to do.

At least I won't get bored, just hope the weather is going to be kind.

Croatia is a lovely place, I have been there twice in a 110, my parents took me when I was younger I believe around 1996 and 1998 beautiful country side we drove all over the country and visited many ajoining countries. We even visited some historic caves that Hitler had assembled his band that played a perfect acoustic performance. Single vehicle 5 people in 200tdi zeus kit fitted by my bro, week befiore leaving in Serbian blue with a white roof we got stopped at every checkpoint. But was amazing!

We didn't book any overland trips we just planned our route, booked a hotel in croatia and a motel in Germany where we spent our first night, saddled up and went we did go with our friends that spoke german but other than that it was quite easy and cheap. You can pay a fortune for some organisers but its not that out the way. Even took the landy offroading when we got there was lovely!

If I was to go again with myself driving I would get into contact with a landy group near where you want to stay and go and have fun.

Would definatly reccommend and go again!!!

Would you believe it,,,, got her back on the road last week,,,, driving about on saturday,, few yards from my house on the way home i hear a clunk from the rear, took the flange thing out today coz i couldnt find anything visible, and would you believe it, poxy bearing has gone, what a great time for it to go too, paddock reckon they cant get one to me this week, theres a place in dunstable that has the bits, but hes a sodding rip off at around £40, now ive just found a place on ebay that do the whole lot for £9 but he cant post till jan the 5th

No whaddon for me this weekend by the look of it
