Hertford Lane Weekend, 19th & 20th april

Ryder, The 20th is the only day that I can do, as I'm doing a sea survival course on the 19th down in Southampton. I'll do the dry one as I've done the fords without needing towing out already. Might have to do a ford on the way back though.

Lamriska, I see you're putting that photo I took of you a Standon to good use.

I'll get together with Global this week and we'll PM / email all those that have been in touch in either poll, we will need to sort out smaller groups, start times, maps, communications and all that stuff...or we could just wing it!

I was starting to get worried that no one was doing the fords. Count my V8 in too. I'll drag you out if your willing to return the favor. (but i reckon we'll make it.)

If numbers are short on the 20th for doing the Fords, I really don't mind either group, even though I put myself down for the dry day. I've done Furnaux Pelham & Standon, no problem.

I voted for the dry days, no major fording for me untill im wading kitted up and snorkeled

ive done both of them with me standard v8, it was fairly deep but ill take it as it comes.if its past the wing mirriors i might f**k it off!

OK you lot (inc prev fred peeps) you MUST PM meself or global ASAP so as we can have half a chance of planning this to fit within the rules.

So far about 20 or so have said yes over BOTH THREADS, but either on one, or the other, or both!!!.....so we need to be clear on who is coming, on which days, which type, GLASS guidelines etc.

Correct me if im wrong, but i belive the meeting point will be The Farmers Boy pub. its in a village called Brickendon just outside of Hertford. if anybody wants to meet me before in Hertford if they are unsure of directions im happy to meet in the town somewhere then meet the others at the pub PM me.
