help! No idea what to do with unwated winch

I have a Landrover 300tdi ( think thats right it is a 1996). I use it to tow my horse trailer. It has a lovley winch and winch bumper on the front that I really could do with selling as I need a few bits and bobs doing on the vehicle and I do not need a winch.
I have no idea how to take winch and bumper off and I would also need a new/used plain bumper put back on. I know it is a decent winch, but it does need a tiny bit of welding on the staright metal thin bar that is staright across just in front of the cable. It has been used as it is, but I do know this needs doing on it. Any ideas greatly received, also any help on what to ask price wise?!
WARN 9.5 XP, 9500lb (4310kg) 12volts DC.

I need the Cam belt changing, plus a new ignition barrel and a new rear seat belt just in case anyone wants to do a deal!

Hi daisy. Where abouts are you??? I'm sure there is someone on here that can do you a deal, (me,me,me) but not if you are in scotland.

Ideally the winch and bumper off together. Preferably someone who knows how to do it and put me a new/used normal bumper on. I live in a village near Huntingdon which is just off A1 and A14.
