New to here, thanks for hosting me. I have a low mileage 2008 Freelander 2 HSE, 38,000 miles only, about 2,000 miles a year these days.

I have an issue which felt like a torque converter issue but I’m not sure. After reading a few posts on here with similar issues I’ve decided in the first instance to change the crank sensor.

I’ve got the wheel off and now need to remove the connector, but I’m not sure what the clip looks like it or where it is located.

Anyone help me with this please? I’m sure it’s simple when you know how but I don’t.

Many thanks

Peter

When the first Freelander was being launched a reporter was overheard saying it looked like a hippo, at one of the many launch events. The nickname stuck.
