gasket or sealant?

Now that I have replaced everything I need to in the bottom end of my engine what do people recommend using on the oil pickup, paper gasket like they would of in the factory or a good RTV sealant?

Also can you reuse the rear main bearing bolts or are they a use one only stretch bolt?

The oil pick up is an O ring. The return is a gasket. I used the gasket.
Do you mean the rear main bearing oil seal bolts? If so they are just torqued to 25N.m, so use the again
Or, do you mean the crank main bearing cap bolts? The overhaul manual doesn't mention replacing them, as it does the cylinder head bolts. I reused mine.
