fuse box

is there a replacement fuse box avalable for a series three, one that takes bayonet type fuses not glass ones like mine, i seem to have a problem with the fuse holders and the way they are rivetted on the base ie they ars a loosish fit like the rivet has come loose i have cleaned the fuse ends with wire wool but still get intermittent connections

seen blade fuseboxes the other day in me local car acessories shop they were in the section where youd find the knicknacks such as little packs of fuses switches screws rivvets etc failing that go to the scrappers n find a rover 25 and theres a 5 fuse section on the main fuseboard that just clips off the main thing and has plenty of wire on the back of it great fer emergencies

the replacement for the rover metro the rounded one but the ones ive seen in the car shop r only a fiver each

ibought one of them but on the land rover one there is multiple wires to one fuse, so i suppose you could have each item fused seperately on this fuse box

CPC.co.uk which conveniently is around the corner from me, but they do mail order, do a fuse box thats about the same as the landy one and it has blade fuses and has 1/4 spade connections like the landy, they also have a screw on cover to help stop the contacts from oxidising, I've used them on boats with good results.
