Freelander indicator prob

Hi everyone,

I have a Freelander '06 plate, and have just developed an intermittent problem with my left indicator. Sometimes when I use it, rather than flashing on/off in the usual "calm" manner, it does so very fast and erratically. I wondered if anyone here can advise on what the likely problem is?

Normally if its fast It means you have a bulb out, could be a loose connection on one of the bulbs

or a bad earth see which side is flashing fast and it is that side
