Footwells?

Hello guys and girls, the great stripdown has been completed with all parts stacked and the chassis scrapped.
Starting on the bulkhead i have had a look and the driver side footwell can be patched but the passengers needs replacing so could any one give me a step by step account of how to replace the passenger footwell please, preferbaly with pictures as i aint that bright

Cut out old footwell

Weld in new footwell.....

Is therea certain place to cut the old footwell out or is it just a case of cut where youlike and weld it where you like?

Use the new one as a template of where to cut.....best to cut slightly undersize and then trim for a good fit

The best way to remove the old footwell is to drill the myriad of spot welds out then you can button weld throught the holes you created whilst removing old one.
