About 6 or 7 months ago I had a problem with my auto gears not changing back down again ie going up and staying there. After speaking to a mechanic he said it was a dodgy xyz switch. He told me how to reset it and hey presto it worked and has been fine up until now!
Today after a short journey it happened again but this time as well as the gears not changing down the green "m" and "s" lights were continually flashing. It took two attempts to reset the xyz switch and is now working fine, anyone have any ideas? Probably time for a new switch?
